JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a movement — not just a plumbing company. Our brand combines faith, family, trades, and the Modern-Day Viking mindset to inspire real people — fathers, tradesmen, athletes, and future leaders — while growing a business that impacts our local community.

We’re looking for a long-term content creator who can:
• Edit and post short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels) from raw footage we provide (podcasts, coaching, events, motivational talks).
• Help grow our pages (not their own) by flooding social with 3–5 clips daily.
• Optionally earn bonuses for helping generate leads or viral growth.

This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, understands social media trends, and wants to be part of something bigger than just editing.

Responsibilities
• Edit 3–5 short clips daily (30–60 seconds each)
• Add captions, trending audio, and strong hooks to grab attention
• Post directly to our social media pages (training + limited access provided)
• Monitor trends and suggest ideas to boost engagement and growth
• Follow a style guide to keep content bold, raw, and motivational

Qualifications
• Proven experience editing TikTok/IG/YouTube short-form videos
• Strong understanding of hooks (grab attention in first 3 seconds)
• Reliable turnaround (24–48 hours)
• Familiar with motivational, family, or trades-related content
• Can follow instructions and work independently

Pay Structure
• Base Pay (Editing & Posting):
• $2–$5 per clip OR $500–$1,000 per month (depending on skill & volume)
• Bonuses (Performance):
• $50 per qualified lead
• $100 per booked job
• Extra bonuses for viral clips (50k+ views)
