We are seeking a driven and energetic business Development person to join our sales team. This role is ideal for a confident English communicator who thrives on building relationships and creating opportunities. As a Business Development person, you will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, initiating outreach through cold calling on a daily basis (150 cold calls a day) and
You’ll engage directly with CEOs, business owners, and brokers, presenting our value proposition in a compelling way that opens doors for long-term partnerships. Success in this role requires resilience, curiosity, and the ability to carry engaging initial conversations that build trust and move prospects into the sales pipeline. Prior experience in sales with business to business is a must. Prior experience selling PEO or HR outsourcing is awesome!
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls,
Initiate and conduct engaging conversations with CEOs, executives, and brokers to uncover needs and build relationships
Qualify leads and set appointments for the broader sales team to drive business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of outreach and prospecting activity in Hubspot CRM systems
Collaborate with tea
Qualifications:
Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to hold meaningful conversations with executive-level prospects
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-up cycles
Resilient, persistent, and self-motivated with a competitive edge
Experience working in B2B sales, particularly with C-suite or broker audiences, is preferred.
Experience with Hubspot and use of it is preferred.
