Summary
We’re looking for a sharp, fast, and self-driven graphic designer to help us create high-performing static image ads for Meta
???? What You’ll Do:
- Design daily static image ads for Meta based on multiple creative concepts and variations
- Reformat creatives into different aspect ratios (e.g. 1:1, 9:16) for use across placements
- Take inspiration from competitor/other brand ads while contributing fresh, original ideas
- Collaborate with our creative strategist and performance team to refine concepts
- Review and interpret ad performance inside Meta Ads Manager to identify what’s working and iterate accordingly
- Work independently with minimal hand-holding — speed, reliability, and creative intuition are key
? What We’re Looking For:
- Strong portfolio of static ad creatives (bonus if you’ve worked on eCommerce or wellness brands)
- Experience designing for Meta Ads
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager — you should be comfortable reading basic performance data (ROAS, CTR, etc.)
- Ability to deliver consistent, high-volume creative output daily
- Clear and responsive communicator
???? Compensation:
- Competitive monthly rate (based on experience and output)
- Performance-based bonuses for each creative that meets or exceeds ROAS targets in live campaigns
This is a great opportunity if you love direct response design, want to work with a team that values creative performance, and are motivated by results.
? To Apply:
Please submit your portfolio of your best and most recent static ad creatives for Meta
To be considered, you must include the sentence “I am a rockstar graphic designer” as the first line of your cover letter.
Applications that do not include this sentence will not be reviewed.
???? Please also answer the following questions in your message:
1. Share a link to your portfolio, specifically highlighting static ads you've created for Meta
2. How much experience do you have reviewing performance data inside Meta Ads Manager? (If not, that’s okay — we can teach you, but we’d like to know your current level.)
3. Describe your experience creating multiple ad variations for a single concept. How do you typically approach this?
4. How many other clients or projects are you currently working with? (We’re looking for someone who can consistently deliver daily creatives without delay.)
5. On average, how many static ad creatives do you believe you can design and deliver in one working day?
