We’re Hiring: Operations Admin with GoHighLevel Experience (Full-Time, Remote)

???? Position: Operations Admin
???? Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
???? Location: Work from Home
???? Schedule: Monday - Friday 10am - US hours (PST)

???? About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Operations Admin to support our team by managing and optimizing our backend systems and day-to-day operations. A key part of this role will be working with GoHighLevel CRM, so prior experience is required.

You’ll be responsible for keeping our operations running smoothly, improving internal workflows, and supporting client onboarding and communications automation.

???? Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update GoHighLevel CRM: pipelines, automations, workflows, triggers, campaigns

Build and maintain client onboarding automations and follow-up sequences

Handle appointment scheduling, reminders, and calendar integrations

Create and manage SOPs for operational tasks

Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot workflow issues

Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers and provide administrative support as needed

Perform quality control checks to ensure systems are functioning properly

Support daily operational tasks (e.g., lead tracking, reports, process optimization)

? Requirements:
2+ years of admin or operations experience in a virtual or remote setting

Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM (required)

Strong understanding of CRM automation, workflows, and triggers

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Tech-savvy and fast learner when it comes to new software/tools

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment

???? Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, ClickUp, or Zapier

Experience with basic reporting and analytics

Background in digital marketing, lead generation, or customer service
