Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. This role is critical to keeping our hiring process running smoothly, from scheduling interviews to managing candidate communications and supporting reporting and recruiting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Interview Coordination: Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones; liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders to confirm logistics.
- Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process; ensure timely communication and a white-glove experience.
- ATS Management: Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS); post and update job descriptions as needed.
- Reporting & Metrics: Assist in preparing weekly recruiting reports and pipeline summaries; track key hiring metrics like time-to-fill and candidate conversion.
- Hiring Team Support: Coordinate feedback collection, manage interviewer guides, and ensure timely debriefs post-interview.
- Onboarding Prep: Collaborate with People Ops or HR to ensure a smooth handoff from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve candidate flow, communication, and team coordination.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting or administrative coordination role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, GoodTime) a plus
- Detail-oriented with a service mindset and a passion for delivering excellent candidate experience
