We are primarily in the business of distributing Smart Home Products to a network of retail stores. Most of our customer inquiries come from these stores, as well as from individual customers.
Who We're Looking For: We’re seeking someone with the following qualifications:
1. More than 5 years of technical support experience, particularly over the phone.
2. Strong English communication skills for phone support.
