Sai Air Duct, a NADCA-certified, family-owned air duct cleaning company serving the Chicagoland area, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow our professional and B2B customer accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in account management with strong leadership and management skills, capable of building long-term client relationships and guiding internal teams toward success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with professional and commercial accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring top-quality service and satisfaction.
Develop strategies to retain and expand key accounts (upselling & cross-selling).
Lead and coordinate internal teams to deliver seamless services to clients.
Provide insights, performance reports, and recommendations to management.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to B2B growth initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in account management (facility services, HVAC, or related industry preferred).
Proven management and leadership abilities – must be able to guide teams and projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and set clear priorities.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
