JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a driven and articulate Outbound Lead Generation Phone Agent to join our remote team at Home Service University — a fast-growing training company that helps aspiring entrepreneurs launch and grow profitable home service businesses such as window cleaning, junk removal, and pressure washing.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for making outbound phone calls to warm and cold leads, qualifying their interest, handling objections with confidence, and setting appointments for our sales closers. You’ll follow a proven script but are encouraged to adapt naturally depending on the flow of the conversation. You’ll also be responsible for keeping detailed notes and tracking your results in our CRM.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of outbound calling or telemarketing experience, speaks fluent English with a clear and neutral accent, and is comfortable working U.S. business hours. You must be confident on the phone, quick on your feet, and able to think critically when conversations go off-script. A stable internet connection, a quiet work environment, and a headset are required.

This is a remote, full-time position with base pay plus performance-based bonuses. Experience with tools like GoHighLevel, CallTools, Mojo Dialer, or HubSpot is a strong plus. We also provide training, feedback, and opportunities to grow with our team — including long-term roles and potential leadership positions for top performers.
