Job Title: Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant
Reports To: CEO / Marketing Director

Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our brand’s online presence. This role requires someone who is not only fluent in the language of social media but also understands how to turn attention into engagement, engagement into loyalty, and loyalty into influence. You’ll play a key role in building our digital footprint, growing our audience, and optimizing our content for visibility, impact, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
-Page Growth & Strategy
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow followers across platforms (Instagram,
Monitor and report weekly on growth analytics, trends, and KPIs.
Conduct hashtag, competitor, and trend research to increase visibility and relevance.
-Engagement & Community Building
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions with brand-aligned voice and tone.
Initiate authentic conversations with ideal audience members, thought leaders, and potential collaborators.
Execute engagement strategies (polls, Q&As, challenges, giveaways, etc.) to increase interaction and community involvement.
-SEO & Content Optimization
Optimize post captions, hashtags, video descriptions, and bios for SEO across platforms.
Utilize keywords, trending topics, and search algorithms to ensure high visibility.
Assist in writing blog posts, captions, and YouTube descriptions with proper on-page SEO structure.
-Influence & Brand Authority
Research and connect with aligned influencers, podcasts, and media outlets for collaboration opportunities.
Pitch guest content, media features, and speaking opportunities that increase brand credibility.
Track and showcase PR placements, testimonials, and authority-building wins.
