Full-Time Virtual Assistant/Social Media Manager – Tech-Savvy, Detail-Oriented & Growth-Minded

** Somewhat flexible hours within the range of: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm EST | $800–$1200/month**

We’re two fast-growing startup businesses based in the United States — and we’re looking for a **full-time Virtual Assistant** to join us long-term. If you're tech-savvy, reliable, and excited about helping build systems from scratch, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Businesses

You’ll be supporting two brands:

1. **Easy Peasy Management** – a short-term rental (STR) property management company (AirBnB and VRBO)
2. **Pink Hat Services** – a home services company (construction, pressure washing, maintenance, etc.)

Both are currently in the **startup phase**. We’re building systems, tools, and structure — and your job will be to help us organize, communicate, and grow.

Tasks You’ll Handle

**Initial Setup:**

* Assist with software setup: Guesty, Airbnb, VRBO, TouchStay, and a direct booking website
* Set up social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, X) for both businesses
* Help build and maintain our digital guest guide (TouchStay)

**Ongoing Responsibilities:**

* Respond to guest inquiries and messages
* Review and manage cleaning staff
* Schedule and manage social media content
* Perform research and light admin tasks
* Manage projects by hiring and overseeing freelancers (via Fiverr or similar)
* Use tech and AI tools to complete tasks more efficiently

* Familiarity with social media platforms
* Bonus: Experience with STR tools like Airbnb, Guesty, or VRBO
* Bonus: Experience using Fiverr, Canva, or ChatGPT

**Schedule:** Must be available to work a 2nd shift on **Eastern Standard Time (U.S.)**
