We're seeking a driven and well-connected Podcast Sales Representative to lead our outreach to brands, agencies, and potential sponsors. You’ll be responsible for developing and closing partnership deals that align with our mission, aesthetic, and audience.
Responsibilities:
1) Research, identify, and connect with brands that align with our podcast's ethos and audience.
2) Use tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator and/or Apollo to help find the right sponsorship representatives at companies
3) Negotiate and close advertising and sponsorship deals across podcast episodes, video content, and social media activations.
4) Track and report on outreach, pipeline, and conversion metrics.

Requirements:
1) 2+ years experience in podcast, media, or influencer sales with a proven track record of closing deals.
2) Strong understanding of branded content, sponsorships, and media buying.
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4) Ability to work independently, with strong initiative and drive.
5) Experience with entertainment, lifestyle, or culture-focused brands is a big plus.
6) Is familiar with sales tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator and / or Apollo
