We’re a fast-paced financial services company using content, automation, and AI to drive growth. We’re looking for a highly skilled, execution-obsessed operator to own our content marketing system, manage lead generation campaigns, build automation, and scale team processes.

This role requires a rare mix of writing talent, marketing automation knowledge, AI fluency, and strategic thinking. You’ll be a core player in building our outreach engine and publishing ecosystem.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

Write long-form guides using AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper, etc.)

Build & publish microsites and content assets via platforms like Loveable.ai or Notion

Create SMS/email sequences and launch outbound workflows in Close CRM

Generate fresh leads daily through content and smart outreach

Segment and clean CRM leads for targeted, industry-specific campaigns

Build tools (checklists, calculators, guides) that drive engagement and SEO

Automate outreach flows using tools like Zapier or Make

Onboard/train remote assistants to respond to inbound leads and prepare deals for closers

? Must-Have Skills

3+ years in content marketing, growth operations, or copywriting

Fluent in ChatGPT or similar AI writing tools

Hands-on experience with CRMs (Close, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)

Conversion-focused copywriting skills (SMS, email, LPs)

Familiar with lead segmentation, list building, and outbound campaign workflows

Organized, proactive, fluent in English, and results-driven

Fintech or B2B lead gen experience

Familiarity with SEO tools (Surfer, Ahrefs, Clearscope)

Experience with marketing automation tools (Make, Zapier, Lovable.ai)
