Senior Data Analytics Specialist - Remote (30,000 to 60,000 PHP)

The Opportunity Join Loudr Media's leadership team as our Senior Data Analytics Specialist. You'll own the data infrastructure that drives decision-making for our $10M+ annual ad spend across personal injury and workers compensation campaigns.
This isn't a typical VA role—you'll be a strategic partner working directly with our executive team, with clear ownership over systems that directly impact revenue.

What You'll Build & Own
- Revenue Intelligence: Design and maintain executive dashboards tracking $50M+ in annual client revenue
- Campaign Analytics: Build automated reporting systems for 200+ active campaigns across Google, Meta, and native platforms
- Financial Modeling: Create cost attribution models breaking down our 8-figure marketing spend to the client and campaign level
- Strategic Insights: Present monthly performance reviews to C-suite and client leadership teams
- System Architecture: Lead implementation of our next-generation reporting stack (we're evaluating Tableau, Looker, and custom solutions)

Your Background
- 2-4 years in data analytics, ideally in marketing/advertising
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros)
- SQL experience preferred; BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI) a plus
- Marketing analytics knowledge (CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution modeling)
- Experience with high-volume, multi-channel campaigns
