JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage Instagram DMs, comments, and WhatsApp messages for our fast-growing trading education brand.

You’ll be speaking directly to people who follow us, asking the right questions, and qualifying leads for our £4,000 high-ticket mentorship program or our £98/month community.

This is NOT just copying and pasting scripts — we want someone who can think, communicate clearly, and follow our tone of voice (friendly, casual, sharp).

???? Responsibilities:
• Reply to Instagram comments quickly (with personality)
• DM engaged users to thank them and start a convo
• Qualify leads using our script (you’ll be trained)
• Move leads to book a call or join the lower-ticket community
• Reply to WhatsApp messages using templates (but adapted per person)
• Track lead quality and flag any issues
• Report daily progress in Notion

???? Requirements:
• Excellent written English (must sound natural)
• Fast responder – must check messages regularly
• Must be comfortable speaking to both men and women (tone will vary)
• Experience with Instagram + WhatsApp
• Organised and reliable – we won’t micro-manage you
• Bonus: Experience in sales, customer service, or trading niche

• 30 hours/week

• Must be responsive to messages across the day

• Starting at $3–$5/hour, depending on experience
• Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal
• Performance-based bonus available if you help us hit call booking targets
