Shopify CRO & Dev Lead, Full Time / Remote
We’re a fast-growing UK supplement brand processing 60–80K orders every month, and now we’re ready to build our own internal team. We've outgrown our outsourced CRO/dev agency and are bringing it all in-house.
We’re looking for a smart, capable, and hard-working Shopify Plus expert to own the entire dev and CRO side of the business – from product pages to landing pages, site speed to app integrations.
You’ll be the only developer to start, fully responsible for implementing changes, improving performance, and executing our CRO roadmap. You’ll work directly with the Founder and our Head of Growth to build pages that convert, fast.

If you want to build for a brand with purpose, where your code actually helps real people, and where you’ll be trusted to own your lane without red tape, this is it.
What You’ll Do:
-Make basic updates to packaging files (e.g. ingredient panels, weight, text edits) using Photoshop or similar tools.
-Take over full dev responsibility for our Shopify Plus store.
-Implement CRO and UX changes that have already been planned and designed.
-Build high-performing products and landing pages (working closely with the Head of Growth).
-Optimise site speed and mobile performance.
-Improve bundles, upsells, checkout, and site logic.
-Manage Shopify apps and custom scripts.
-Eventually: hire and manage a lean dev team under you (if needed).
What We’re Looking For:
-3+ years Shopify/Liquid experience (Plus level preferred).
-Strong front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JS).
-A real CRO mindset — you care about what sells.
-Someone who works independently and gets things done without being chased.
Bonus if you can or have experience with:
-Running deep A/B tests
-Building aggressive funnels
-Launching new pricing (potentially), offers, upsells
-Directing creative + CRO
-Optimizing every inch of the customer journey
This Role Is:
Requires strong timezone overlap with the UK (ideally working 7am–3pm or 8am–4pm UK time, which is 2pm–10pm or 3pm–11pm in the Philippines).
-Full-time, remote (UK hours preferred).
-Long-term with room to grow.

How We Work:
-Each Friday, you’ll record a short Loom video (3–5 mins) to:
-Show what you worked on this week
-Share any blockers or challenges
-Outline next week’s plan
-Screenshare results or changes (CRO, page builds, speed, etc.)
This keeps us lean, async, and focused on output.
