We're Hiring: Lead Generation & Client Outreach Specialist
Are you someone who thrives on connecting with people, loves staying organized, and is eager to make an impact? We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in the real estate investment world. We operate as mortgage brokers focused specifically on helping real estate investors. We support investors with years of experience in the commercial real estate world by helping provide financing for their real estate properties.
About the Role
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and support our business in a few key areas:
Lead Research & Data Collection
You’ll help locate and organize contact information for potential clients, real estate investors we can serve. This includes researching leads and inputting their information into our systems in a clean, organized way.
Client Outreach & Appointment Setting
You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, establishing rapport, and setting meetings for our team. Success here means you’re comfortable on the phone, persuasive, and reliable in following up to confirm attendance and engagement.
Organization & Administrative Support
You’ll assist with various organizational tasks, including data entry, file management, pipeline cleanup, and keeping our CRM tidy and effective.
Direct Support for Sales
You will be helping development growth, supporting sales by processing files through close.

Excellent phone skills and not afraid to call, follow up, and build rapport
A quick learner who can adapt and grow with the team
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing data
