About the Role
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented virtual assistant with strong communication skills and a passion for driving strategic growth? Do you thrive in high-performance environments and love seeing your outreach directly lead to significant wins, such as booked podcasts, speaking engagements, and powerful client connections?
Brandi Hudson—performance coach, public speaker, and founder of a growing leadership brand, is looking for a full-time Business Development + Strategic Outreach Virtual Assistant to join her remote team.
This is not your typical admin role. We’re looking for someone who’s a go-getter, a strong communicator, and someone who takes immense pride in delivering excellent, polished work. You’ll help Brandi grow her visibility, secure influential opportunities, follow up with potential clients and partners, and support the backend of her book-writing process.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
Business Development & Outreach
Researching and identifying aligned podcast shows for guest appearances
Pitching Brandi as a guest to podcast hosts and producers
Researching and applying to speaking opportunities (including TEDx and corporate events)
Supporting lead generation for high-level coaching clients in the business and investing sectors
Writing personalized outreach
Maintaining a CRM or tracking system for outreach, follow-up, and responses
Strategic Admin Support
Following up with speaking leads, podcast hosts, and prospective clients
Supporting the early stages of Brandi’s book project, including research and outlining
Drafting
Collaborating with the team on priorities in Asana or Notion
Occasionally supporting inbox management and calendar scheduling if needed
You’re a Fit If You:
Are based in the Philippines and able to work PST hours
Speak and write excellent English with a polished and engaging tone
Have experience writing outreach
Are confident using AI tools like ChatGPT to improve output (bonus if you’ve worked with content before!)
Are highly proactive—you don’t wait for instructions, you anticipate needs and get things moving
Have strong research skills and love finding aligned opportunities
Are detail-oriented and organized—you track outreach, follow-up, and never let things slip
Are excited to support a powerful mission-driven business
Tools We Use (You should be comfortable with most of these):
Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Gmail)
Asana + Notion
Slack
Zoom
Canva (for simple graphics)
ChatGPT or other AI writing tools
LinkedIn (for outreach + research)
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
5–10 aligned podcast pitches sent per week
2–3 speaking leads researched and pitched per week
5+ strong potential clients added to our outreach list weekly
Clean documentation of all outreach and follow-up
Drafts of high-quality writing
Clear, timely communication with the internal team and external contacts
