???? Your Role: Content Marketing Manager

- You'll be the bridge between ideas and impact.
- Working directly with the founder, you’ll help us turn content into community, followers into fans, and scrolls into signups.

What You’ll Do

- Turn long-form ideas (from podcast, book, courses) into powerful short-form content

- Write high-performing posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Email

- Plan and manage our content marketing calendar

- Use tools like ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut to repurpose, write, and scale content

- Engage and grow our Dumb Monkey community

- Track content performance and continuously optimise

- Help launch our live sessions, free challenges, and cheeky prompt packs

Must-Have Skills

- Excellent English writing with wit, clarity, and boldness

- Strong understanding of content marketing and audience building

- Hands-on with LinkedIn, IG, TikTok short-form content

AI tools: ChatGPT, Canva or anything else that saves time

Self-managed, proactive, creative problem solver
