The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and familiar with the basics of social media management.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and publish content across brand social pages using Meta Business Suite and/or Social Media Hub
• Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, and tagged posts with brand-aligned voice and tone
• Repost customer mentions, tagged stories, and relevant community content
• Track publishing activity and confirm successful post delivery across all assigned locations
• Escalate customer service concerns or urgent inquiries to internal tea
• Maintain a consistent posting cadence and assist with executing special campaigns
• Engage with local community pages and relevant accounts to expand brand reach
• Monitor post performance and flag high-performing content for boosting
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content publishing, or virtual assistant roles
• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Instagram tools
• Must have reliable internet access and your own computer
• Ability to follow instructions closely and meet weekly expectations
• Clear communication skills and dependable time management
• Experience working with U.S. brands or franchise-based businesses is a plus
