Pale Blue Dot provides strategic operations and finance advisory services to consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. Our offerings include supply chain management, sales and marketing operations support, fundraising advisory, financial planning and analysis, financial strategy and leadership, and development of near- and long-term strategies in partnership with senior leadership.
The Logistics Associate will report directly to the Logistics Supervisor and serve as a key point of contact for clients and external partners. This role is client-facing and highly collaborative, ensuring that each client’s orders are managed with precision and care. The Operations Associate will also work closely with the internal Pale Blue Dot team to deliver a streamlined, end-to-end order processing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate and enter customer orders into ERP and inventory management systems
- Monitor and triage emails from internal teams, customers, and freight partners to ensure timely response and issue resolution
- Coordinate with third-party warehouses to schedule inventory movements and reconcile quantities and lot codes
- Support freight booking and manage logistics for inbound and outbound shipments
- Follow detailed, client-specific fulfillment workflows using internal task management tools
- Document and escalate any exceptions or deviations from standard processes
- Provide general support across operations functions as needed

Ideal Experience:
- 2+ years of order processing, logistics, or customer service experience
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Excel
- Prior work in role that supported multiple clients a plus
- Prior work with ERP and WMS platforms a plus
