About Us
We run a consulting business on Fiverr that helps entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses build investor ready materials and improve their professional presence.
Our services include pitch decks, business plans, market research, LinkedIn optimisation, and startup advisory. Our clients range from early stage founders preparing to raise capital to established businesses refining their strategy.
We are looking for someone to manage incoming client messages and support day to day communication. You will often be the first point of contact for potential clients, so professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness are essential.
You must also be comfortable communicating with founders and discussing business ideas, investor materials, and project requirements.
We will begin with a paid one week trial to ensure the role is a good fit for both sides. There is also potential for a commission scheme based on converted leads and order support as the role grows.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Communication
• Monitor Fiverr inbox and order messages
• Respond to new client inquiries using internal guidelines and templates
• Ask the right questions to understand the client’s business and project requirements
• Request documents, links, and supporting materials from clients
• Guide clients through the process of starting projects such as pitch decks or business plans
• Keep clients updated on order progress
• Escalate complex questions when needed
Order Support
• Help collect the required information for projects such as pitch decks, business plans, and LinkedIn profiles
• Ensure clients complete intake forms when required
• Organise client documents and links inside Google Drive
• Maintain clear notes about client conversations and project details
Operations and Admin
• Share updates with the team in Slack
• Help keep internal documents and folders organised
• Support basic admin tasks when required
Must Have Requirements
• Strong written English with clear and professional communication
• Highly organised and detail oriented
• Comfortable communicating with founders, entrepreneurs, and professionals
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks at the same time
• Good understanding of business concepts and startups
• Ability to understand materials such as pitch decks, business plans, and market research
• Proactive mindset, able to take initiative rather than waiting for instructions
• Reliable during working hours and responsive to messages
Nice to Have
• Experience working on Fiverr or other freelance marketplaces
• Experience in customer support or client management
• Familiarity with investor pitch decks and fundraising materials
• Basic understanding of business plans and financial projections
• Experience using tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Zoom, and
• Experience using Canva for simple design or presentation editing
• Experience using AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to support research, writing, or workflows
Trial and Pay
• Hourly rate between $3 and $5 per hour, depending on experience
• Paid one week trial to assess fit and performance
• Potential commission scheme as the role grows and contributes to converted leads
