Are you an organized, energetic, and ambitious Virtual Assistant who loves marketing, talking to people, and helping businesses grow?
We are looking for a full-time Marketing & Business Development Assistant to become an important part of our growing team.
This is NOT just another VA position.
You will work directly with the owner of multiple U.S.-based businesses in the senior care and healthcare industry, helping execute marketing campaigns, generate leads, build relationships, and support day-to-day operations.

## What You'll Be Doing
### Marketing & Lead Generation
* Social media outreach and engagement
* Growing connections and followers on LinkedIn,
* Managing text message marketing campaigns

* Researching prospects and referral sources
### Appointment Setting & Business Development
* Calling prospective clients and referral partners
* Following up with leads
* Setting appointments for our sales team

### Recruiting Support
* Calling job applicants
* Conducting initial screening interviews
* Scheduling interviews
* Assisting with hiring and onboarding activities
### Administrative Support
* Calendar management
* Updating spreadsheets and reports
* Data entry and organization
* Assisting with special projects
## We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
? Excellent in spoken and written English
? Comfortable speaking on the phone
? Friendly, professional, and confident
? Highly organized and detail-oriented
? Self-motivated and dependable
? Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly
? Looking for a long-term position, not a short-term gig
