JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and innovative Amazon Product Video Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing high-quality product videos that captivate customers and effectively showcase our products on the Amazon platform. Your work will directly enhance product discoverability, build customer trust, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging product videos. This includes:

Cutting, trimming, and assembling clips.

Color correction and grading.

Adding motion graphics, text overlays, and visual effects.

Integrating background music and sound effects, ensuring clear product audio.

Content Development: Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts that highlight key product features and benefits.

Amazon Compliance & Optimization: Ensure all video content adheres to Amazon's specific technical requirements, content guidelines, and best practices for product videos (e.g., length, aspect ratio, file format, content restrictions).

Performance & Analytics: Monitor video performance metrics and iterate on video content based on insights to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.

Asset Management: Organize, catalog, and maintain a comprehensive library of video assets.

Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends in video production, e-commerce video marketing, and Amazon's evolving platform features.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Arts, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Proven experience in video production, shooting, and post-production, with a strong portfolio showcasing product-focused video content.

Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).

Demonstrated understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording for video.

Experience with creating videos specifically for e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon.

Excellent storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) for product visualization.

Knowledge of video SEO and strategies for maximizing video visibility on Amazon.

Experience with A/B testing video content.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to adapt video content for various marketing channels beyond Amazon (e.g., social media, website).
