JOB OVERVIEW

We are a WordPress plugin development company based in Perth, Western Australia, looking for a dedicated, full-time WordPress and SEO professional to join our team.

This role requires someone who understands not just how to build and optimize WordPress websites, but how to develop and maintain a scalable, client-facing service. You’ll also help us shape and launch.............. .......... ............ and marketing service for our real estate clients.

What We’re Looking For:
• WordPress Expert
• Custom theme work, plugin integration, troubleshooting
• Experience with builders like Elementor or Divi / Salient, Avada
• WooCommerce familiarity is a bonus
• SEO Knowledge
• On-page SEO (meta tags, structure, internal links)
• Technical SEO (site speed, schema, mobile performance)
• Comfortable using tools like Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, etc.
• Marketing & Copywriting Skills
• Can write clean, conversion-driven copy for service offers and emails
• Ability to help promote new services via email and web content
• Lead Generation Understanding
• Bonus points if you understand funnel setup, list segmentation, or automation tools (Mailerlite, GHL, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
• Reliable, Detail-Oriented, Strong Communicator
• We’ll work closely, so fast replies, consistent updates, and Zoom calls are part of the job.

Immediate Tasks:
• Join our team to support ongoing plugin and website projects
• Help shape and deliver service package:
• Website updates (plugins/themes)
• Monthly SEO or performance report
• Strategic recommendations
• Hosting setup via affiliate links
• Optional extras you suggest
• Create a promotional plan and email series for this new service (we have 10,000+ subscribers)

About You:
• You’re available full-time (or at least 30+ hrs/week)
• You enjoy building websites and improving how they perform
• You’re comfortable taking initiative and contributing ideas
• You prefer working in a small, fast-moving team

Payment & Terms:
• We pay weekly (PayPal or Wise)
• Trial period paid upfront (1–3 days)
• Long-term opportunity for the right person
• We’ll provide a written work agreement that protects both parties
