About Us:
We’re a fast-growing email marketing agency that helps ecommerce brands turn their email lists into revenue machines using Klaviyo. Our team includes expert strategists, designers, and implementors across Europe and Asia—all working together to deliver high-performing campaigns and flows.

We’re looking for a Full-Time Klaviyo Implementor to join our team. If you're detail oriented, organized, and experienced in Klaviyo, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
Turn Figma designs into Klaviyo email drafts (campaigns & flows).

Use Klaviyo’s drag-and-drop editor to build emails with text, images, and CTAs that exactly match design files.

Format emails for perfect rendering across desktop, mobile, and dark mode.

Collaborate with our account managers (EU) and designers (Asia) asynchronously via ClickUp and Slack.

Work with a variety of ecommerce brands across industries.

QA your own work to catch any formatting, rendering, or logic issues before handoff.

What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in Klaviyo implementation (campaigns & flows).

Strong understanding of email formatting.

Excellent communication and organizational skills—must be comfortable working async with an international team.

High attention to detail—you catch alignment issues, spacing, font mismatches, and padding errors without being told.

Experience using ClickUp, Slack, Figma (basic use not design), and Google Docs.

Ability to manage your time and hit deadlines independently.
