## **Job Overview:**

I’m looking for a **creative and skilled video editor** who uses **Final Cut Pro** to help me create **short-form real estate and branding content for social media** (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts).

This is **not your typical editing job**—I’m looking for someone who can:

? **Match my editing style**
? **Elevate the quality of the edits**
? **Innovate and bring fresh creative ideas to the table**

I’ll personally **train you on my editing workflow**, provide references, and show you examples of my past work. But I also want a **proactive editor who will grow with me and help take the content to the next level**.

## **Responsibilities:**

* Edit short-form videos (45–90 seconds) from **60–100 raw clips per project**
* Use modern editing techniques:

* Speed ramps & zooms
* Transitions & masking
* Motion blur
* Sound design: music syncing, smooth transitions, sound effects
* Add 3D text & simple 3D tracking (when required)
* Use **Ryan Nangle effects & Motion VFX plugins** (If you don’t have them yet, I can provide depending on fit)
* Do basic color grading (minor adjustments; no LOG footage)
* Create text animations and captions (template provided)
* Start with **single-cam edits**; move into **multi-cam editing** as the role expands
* Communicate through **Slack, WhatsApp, or Email**

* **Final Cut Pro (REQUIRED)**
* Experience with:

* Ryan Nangle effects
* Motion VFX plugins
* 3D text & 3D tracking
* **Sound design experience** (music syncing, SFX, audio transitions)
* **Basic color correction / grading**
* Fluent in **English (spoken, written, and reading)**
* High-speed internet connection
* Ability to meet **24–48 hour deadlines**
* **Proactive and creative mindset**—not just a button pusher
