JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company that buys homes 100% remotely to renovate and resell. We focus on helping distressed homeowners sell their property quickly and with as little hassle as possible. Our team values results, clear communication, and continuous improvement.


What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an experienced, full-time Real Estate/Property Closer based in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate has direct experience in real estate acquisitions or wholesaling, communicates fluently in spoken and written English, and most importantly, is a proven closer.

This is not an appointment-setting role. We're seeking someone who can negotiate, build relationships with homeowners, and close deals.

This is a performance-driven sales role. You’ll be handling motivated seller leads, managing follow-ups, and closing deals.



Tools and Platforms We Use:

Applicants should have prior experience with some of the following or demonstrate the ability to learn quickly:

CRM Systems – REsimpli, GoHighLevel, Podio, or similar platforms
Communication Platforms – Slack, Zoom, Gmail, WhatsApp
Productivity Suites – Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet tools
Real Estate Tools – Zillow, PropStream, Redfin, or other property research and comps tools


Preferred Experience:

2+ years in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or sales closing
Skilled at asking qualifying questions and uncovering seller motivation
Results-driven with strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills


Core Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or American accent strongly preferred)
Confident, professional phone presence with strong follow-up skills
High-speed internet, reliable computer, and a quiet, dedicated work environment
Ability to work full-time U.S. hours (typically 9 AM – 6 PM EST)
Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail


Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound seller leads generated from PPC, SEO, and other marketing channels
- Conduct timely outbound follow-ups via phone, text, and email using our CRM
- Monitor and respond to text campaigns, drip sequences, and lead communications
- Qualify leads by evaluating property details, seller motivation, and potential deal structure
- Build trust and rapport with sellers while guiding them through our cash offer process
- Accurately manage and update lead records in REsimpli, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments, negotiate offers, and secure signed contracts
- Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline with timely status updates and team coordination
- Collaborate with acquisitions team on comps, rehab estimates, and offer strategies
- Support due diligence and follow-up processes post-contract as needed
