About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, fast-moving, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Account Manager and broader marketing team across campaigns, client accounts, and internal initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full marketing ecosystem—from

Key Responsibilities
???? Account Support & Task Management
Support Account Manager in day-to-day client activities, follow-ups, and status updates
Assist with setting up, tracking, and updating ClickUp tasks, subtasks, due dates, and communications
Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and post-call follow-up documentation
Monitor progress of deliverables and flag red flags or roadblocks before they occur
???? Content & Asset Development
Create and organize branded assets in Canva (social graphics, decks, one-pagers)
Build or update presentations, strategy decks, campaign documents, and recap reports
Write and proofread copy for social media,
Support content repurposing across platforms (e.g., turning podcast clips into reels)
???? Platform Execution
Assist with building and QA’ing
Support website edits, landing page builds, and publishing (Shopify, WordPress, etc.)
Help upload and schedule social media content using tools like Meta Suite or Later
Coordinate basic ad campaign asset uploads or research for ad targeting
Pull basic analytics and performance metrics across platforms
???? Campaign & Event Support
Assist in execution of coaching launches, digital campaigns, and event marketing
Research speaker, vendor, and sponsor info for live or virtual events
Support influencer and UGC creator communications (track deliverables, get approvals)
Help with on-site coordination or post-event wrap-ups when needed

Experience & Skills Required
2+ years experience in a marketing, project coordination, or VA-style role
Comfortable working inside ClickUp (or project management systems)
Proficient in Canva and Google Slides / Keynote
Familiarity with
Basic understanding of paid media platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok, Google)
Social media scheduling and content prep experience
Comfortable with Shopify, landing pages, and light web edits
Experience in event marketing, coaching launches, or e-commerce campaigns is a strong plus
Must have stable internet and be responsive during business hours
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience working with coaching or personal brands
Knowledge of brand storytelling and tone consistency
Light video editing or UGC clipping skills
Experience managing influencers or affiliate communications
Familiar with AI tools to speed up task execution (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva AI, etc.)
