JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Volume Up Agency, a U.S.-based performance marketing agency that helps home service businesses grow through smart advertising, data tracking, and conversion-focused systems.

We're looking for a technical growth marketer who can build and improve landing pages, set up accurate tracking, and implement CRO strategies that turn traffic into leads. This is a part-time, long-term role starting at 10 hours per week — with the opportunity to grow into full-time if you're a great fit.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, creating clean and effective systems, and wants to grow within a fast-paced marketing team.

Your Responsibilities:
Build and maintain high-converting landing pages using Unbounce, Leadshook, Alchemer, or HTML/CSS/JS

Set up and manage tracking (Google Tag Manager, Facebook ---------- , etc.)

Improve conversion rates through A/B tests, performance analysis, and landing page optimizations

Integrate lead forms and CRMs via API, Zapier, webhooks, or Make

Route data using tools like Segment or Rudderstack for full-funnel attribution

Requirements:
? Experience building landing pages (Unbounce preferred)
? Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
? Experience with tracking setup (GTM, CAPI)
? Familiarity with marketing APIs, integrations, and automations (Zapier, webhooks)
? Strong communication skills and attention to detail
? Comfortable working independently and solving problems without hand-holding
