Position Summary
Fire Tower Camp is seeking a Marketing Administration Assistant to support the development and execution of our social media and content marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, and disciplined—someone who can take the vision, content, and ideas provided by leadership and turn them into scheduled, strategic social media campaigns across
The ideal candidate is smart, hungry, honest, and teachable. You’ll be expected to contribute ideas but ultimately follow direction, honoring the decision-making authority of leadership. Strong English communication skills and a proactive, flexible mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Planning & Execution
• Organize and implement a social media calendar based on provided direction
• Schedule posts across
• Adapt content to platform best practices while maintaining Fire Tower Camp’s voice and brand
• Content Organization & Collaboration
• Gather raw content, ideas, and vision from the owner
• Convert ideas into clear, structured social posts and outbound marketing campaigns
• Maintain organized content libraries and publishing workflows
• Marketing Administration
• Follow and enforce posting timelines and content plans
• Provide light graphic design (e.g., Canva) or formatting support if needed
• Track engagement and campaign performance to inform improvements
• Website & Landing Page Support (Bonus)
• Assist with OwnerRez-hosted website updates and landing page creation (preferred but not required)

Requirements
• Strong knowledge of
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive and responsible attitude
• Able to work independently and follow direction with precision
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a collaborative environment
• Flexible, creative, and open to changing plans when needed
• Must respect final decision-making by leadership while still contributing ideas
