JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
Looking for a Graphic Designer who understands direct response marketing and knows how to create high-converting ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram. You’ll work alongside our media buyers, designing scroll-stopping static ads, social graphics, and other marketing assets.

This role starts hourly, with the opportunity to move into a part-time, ongoing role if it’s a good fit.

What You’ll Do
- Design static ad creatives (FB/IG ads, banners, carousels)
- Create social media graphics with strong CTAs
- Turn client content into clean, engaging visual assets
- Stay on top of design trends and suggest new creative concepts
- Work with media buyers to test and iterate ad creatives

You Are
- Experienced designing ads for Meta platforms
- Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools
- Understand direct response principles (what gets attention and converts)
- Aware of current design and ad trends
- Fast, organized, and reliable, able to meet deadlines consistently
- Comfortable working remotely and taking feedback
