Generalist Virtual Assistant – Real Estate (Full-Time, Remote)
Compensation: $4–$5/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Generalist VA who is reliable, diligent, detail-oriented, and committed to helping our operations run smoothly.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in doing things accurately, communicates well, and loves supporting a fast-moving team.
Role Overview
You will support our team with essential administrative tasks that keep the business running.

Our listings and outreach materials are polished and complete

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Data Preparation & Scrubbing
Clean, organize, and prepare marketing datasets
Verify accuracy before passing to the team
Cross-check details to ensure campaigns run smoothly
2. Research & Outreach Support
Find realtors and photographers in specific counties
Gather contact information, websites, and phone numbers
Call county offices when needed for property information
Assist with light seller/buyer communication if needed
3. Listing & Creative Support
Write clear, compelling property listing descriptions
Upload photos, organize property files, and maintain listing accuracy
Assist with marketing materials when requested
4. Transaction Coordination & Documentation
Support the team in moving deals from contract to close
Draft purchase agreements (templates provided)
Maintain contract folders and make sure all documents are complete
Follow up with title companies, sellers, and buyers
5. KPI Management & Reporting
Update team KPIs in spreadsheets
Maintain daily accuracy in dashboards and tracking sheets
Report inconsistencies or missing data immediately
6. General Administrative Support
Maintain Google Drive organization
Manage team
Assist with Slack communication
Complete additional tasks as assigned
