e operate multiple fast-paced businesses — including a growing funding and credit repair company and a national tool supply business. We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Operations Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations, streamline systems, and support business growth. This role will primarily focus on our funding and credit repair business, with light support for the tool side.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize inboxes
Update CRMs, track client pipelines, and assist with task delegation
Monitor and maintain key systems and software tools (e.g., CRM, phone systems, automation tools)
Support invoice tracking and simple reporting
Assist with software setup, troubleshooting, and workflow improvements
Handle internal communication and client outreach via
Help manage and execute special projects as needed
Tools & Platforms You'll Work With:
Zoho One Suite (CRM, Books, Bookings, etc.)
Credit Repair Cloud (experience is a bonus)
Zapier (for automations and integrations)
JustCall (phone system experience is a plus, but not required)
Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, and other productivity tools
Who We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or systems support role
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Technically skilled and experienced with business software tools
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently
Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable in a high-speed, entrepreneurial environment
Bonus if you’ve worked in credit repair, customer service, finance, or sales support
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time — 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST (Monday to Friday)
Compensation & Growth:
$1200 to $1700 USD / Month depending on experience and skillset
(remote position)
