Starting Pay: $7 USD/hour + increases based on performance

We are a U.S.-based digital marketing and AI automation agency looking for an Advanced GoHighLevel Specialist to become a key part of our team.

This is NOT an entry-level GHL position.

We're looking for someone who already knows GoHighLevel extremely well and can take an idea, understand what we're trying to accomplish, and figure out how to build it.

The position will start part-time at $7 USD/hour with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

Prove your skills, reliability and ability to work independently, and we will increase your rate accordingly.

What You'll Be Building

You'll work on GHL systems for our agency and our clients, including:

Advanced workflows and automations
CRM pipelines and opportunity management
Conversation AI and AI Agents
Voice AI
Knowledge Bases
Lead qualification and nurturing systems
SMS and email automation
Appointment booking and calendars
Missed-call text-back
Forms, surveys and custom fields
Reputation and review automations
Client onboarding
Snapshots
Websites and landing pages
Funnels
Domains and integrations
Webhooks, APIs and third-party integrations
Troubleshooting and improving existing GHL systems

We're looking for someone who understands how all of these pieces work together, not someone who simply knows where to find them inside GHL.

Strong Website Skills Are Required

You must also be comfortable building professional, modern websites inside GoHighLevel.

You should understand:

Responsive website design
Mobile optimization
Conversion-focused layouts
Forms and lead capture
Basic HTML/CSS
SEO fundamentals
Tracking and analytics
Connecting websites to CRM and automation workflows

A strong eye for design is a major plus.

AI Experience Is Important

AI is becoming a major part of what we build for our clients.

Experience with GHL Conversation AI, Voice AI, AI Agents and Knowledge Bases is highly desirable.

You should understand how to connect AI with workflows, calendars, contacts, pipelines, lead qualification and automated follow-up.

If your GHL AI experience is limited but you're extremely strong with automation and learn quickly, we still want to hear from you.

Agency Experience Is a BIG Plus

We're especially interested in candidates who have worked with U.S.-based marketing agencies serving:

Home Services & Contractors
HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, remodeling, landscaping, pools and other trades.

Med Spas & Local Service Businesses

Marketing & AI Agencies

Understanding how these businesses generate leads, qualify prospects, book appointments and follow up with customers will give you a major advantage.

Excellent English Is REQUIRED

You will work directly with our U.S.-based team.

You must have excellent written and spoken English.

You should be able to understand detailed instructions, explain technical problems clearly, ask intelligent questions and communicate professionally.

Most importantly, we're looking for a problem solver.

If something doesn't work exactly as expected, we want someone who investigates the problem and figures it out — not someone who immediately waits for us to tell them what to do next.

Compensation & Opportunity

Starting Rate: $7 USD/hour

Part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into full-time.

We're not looking to keep a great person at $7/hour forever.

If you demonstrate that you're highly skilled, reliable, communicate well and can take ownership of projects without constant supervision, your compensation will increase accordingly.
