Join Our Team: Customer Experience & Social Media Coordinator

Carson Tahoe Jewelers | Carson City, Nevada | Remote Role with Set Hours

We are Carson Tahoe Jewelers, a locally trusted and family-owned jewelry store in Carson City, Nevada. As we expand to a second location at the base of Kingsbury Grade near Stateline, South Lake Tahoe, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and heart-centered Customer Experience & Social Media Coordinator to grow with us.

This role blends front-facing virtual support (calls, messages, social media) with backend systems work (Zoho CRM, Inventory, Creator, QuickBooks) to help us honor each customer and scale with precision.

You Will:
• Answer phone calls and text messages using OpenPhone (training provided)
• Respond to customer messages on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Schedule appointments and help manage customer service calendars
• Draft and post content using Canva, Meta Business Suite, Zoho Social, etc.
• Enter leads into Zoho CRM and update client records accurately
• Help catalog jewelry into our inventory system (Zoho Inventory or Creator)
• Coordinate with our in-store team during open hours (10 AM–6 PM PST)
• Represent a mission-driven brand that values truth, trust, and timeless beauty

Preferred Experience:
• Jewelry, retail, or luxury/high-end customer service
• Social media messaging and content creation
• CRM or database tools like Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
• Calm under pressure, highly organized, and able to multitask gracefully

You’ll work directly with the owner and be part of a team that treats clients like family. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow in a legacy business with integrity and heart.
