Job Title: Meta & TikTok Ad Strategist
Location: Remote – Philippines

We're now looking for a Meta & TikTok Ad Strategist who’s passionate about paid social, obsessed with performance, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Your Role
As our Meta & TikTok Ad Strategist, you will lead campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social Strategy & Campaign Execution
* Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta and TikTok
* Manage full-funnel strategies: awareness, consideration, and conversion
* Perform targeting, segmentation, and daily budget optimizations
* Develop testing roadmaps and campaign scaling strategies
Creative Collaboration
* Partner with content and creative teams to brief and optimize ad creatives
* Analyze performance by format, hook, CTA, and messaging
* Leverage Meta Ad Library and TikTok Creative Center for inspiration
Performance Optimization & Reporting
* Track and optimize KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, etc.
* Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements
* Provide weekly/monthly reporting with clear insights and next steps
Stay Ahead of Trends
* Keep up with algorithm updates, trends, and ad platform changes
* Test new formats, tools, and platform features
* Ensure all creatives are brand-compliant and ad-policy safe
Qualifications
* 2–4+ years hands-on media buying experience on Meta and TikTok
* Proven success managing ?250K–?5M+ in monthly ad spend
* Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
* Comfortable working with creative teams and UGC/influencer content
* Strong analytical mindset and performance-focused
* Excellent attention to detail and results-driven
Bonus if You Have
* Experience with DTC eCommerce brand(s)
* Knowledge of Shopify, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or other tracking tools
* Creative copywriting or ad storyboard experience
* Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
