???? Now Hiring: Sales & Outreach Specialist – FULL TIME | REMOTE | VOICE + CRM + SCHEDULING

Home Pros Construction, LLC is rapidly growing and looking for experienced, motivated, and relentless Sales & Outreach VAs to help us expand our lead generation and close more deals.

???? Job Overview:
This is a remote voice + CRM sales and scheduling role supporting a U.S.-based construction company. You will help generate new leads, follow up with existing ones, and ensure every hot lead gets contacted, scheduled, and closed. You’ll also handle occasional complaint calls with empathy and professionalism.

???? Working Hours (PST):
• Shifts between 8AM–8PM Pacific Time, 7 days a week.
• This role will be filled by multiple tea ---------- mbers to ensure full coverage. Indicate your available shift hours.

???? Responsibilities:
• Call, text, and email new leads from all lead sources (Facebook, Google, website, calls, etc.).
• Aggressively follow up using multi-touch sequences until contact is made.
• Overcome objections confidently and persistently.
• Schedule appointments into our CRM (AccuLynx) accurately.
• Request and collect referrals during every positive interaction.
• Track all leads and follow-ups in CRM without missing a beat.
• Answer inbound calls, including complaint resolution and rescheduling.

? Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Fluent English speaker with NEUTRAL or NEAR-NEUTRAL accent (audio interview required).
• Strong sales and objection-handling experience (2+ years preferred).
• Proven lead generation or appointment setting experience.
• CRM experience (AccuLynx, GoHighLevel, or similar).
• Comfortable with daily KPIs, tracking, and accountability.
• Fast, reliable internet + USB headset + quiet working environment.
