We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help us manage the daily operations of our roofing company in Texas. This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor internal app (Nimbus) and respond to pings from sales team
• Gather prices for repair scopes from material vendors or labor estimates
• Help generate rough job estimates and budgets
• Update CRM and project tracking sheets
• Coordinate schedules and job details with subcontractors
• Follow up on photos, invoices, and job completion items
• Assist with payroll prep, invoicing, and document organizing
• Occasional communication with subcontractors (English required; Spanish a bonus)
Must-Have Skills
• Great attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong English communication (written & spoken)
• Comfortable working in a support/admin role without needing constant supervision
• Good with Google Sheets, Gmail, and project organization tools
Bonus (Not required but nice to have)
• Experience working with construction or roofing companies
• Comfortable learning apps like Nimbus, JobNimbus, or CRMs
• Basic understanding of invoices or pricing labor/materials
