Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management (Primary Focus)
Content Creation: Design engaging social media graphics, posts, and visual content
Content Deployment: Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers
Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports on engagement, reach, and growth
Strategy Development: Collaborate on social media strategies aligned with organizational goals
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content maintains consistent brand voice and visual identity
???? Video Editing & Content Repurposing (HIGH PRIORITY)
Webinar Editing: Take long-form webinar recordings and edit them into polished, professional presentations
Clip Creation: Break down webinars into short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, ads)
Content Repurposing: Turn one video into multiple pieces of content for different platforms
Multi-Angle Editing: Combine footage from multiple camera angles into one cohesive video
Captioning & Formatting: Add captions, branding elements, and platform-specific formatting
Storytelling: Edit content to feel natural, engaging, and aligned with a warm, trustworthy brand voice
File Organization: Maintain organized video libraries for ongoing marketing use
SharePoint Development (Secondary/Project-based)
Site Design: Create and customize SharePoint pages with professional, user-friendly layouts
Information Architecture: Organize content and navigation for optimal user experience
Collaboration Setup: Configure document libraries, lists, and workflows
Training Materials: Create basic user guides for tea
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of social media management experience
Proven video editing experience (REQUIRED) – especially for webinars, social media clips, and marketing content
Proficiency in design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Analytics experience with social media insights and reporting
Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience editing educational or webinar-style content
Understanding of short-form content strategy (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
SharePoint experience (Office 365/SharePoint Online)
Basic web design knowledge (HTML/CSS)
Graphic design background or certification
Project management experience
Technical Requirements
Reliable internet connection
Computer capable of handling video editing software smoothly
Ability to work during overlapping hours with US time zones
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
