Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping: Assist with daily transaction recording, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and credit card statements.
Ensure proper categorization of expenses for accurate reporting.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
Maintain accurate records for tax filings and audits.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.

Project & Task Organization: Keep projects on track and provide financial statements on a timely basis
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Experience in the Healthcare industry
Technical accounting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Obsessed with details, deadlines, and follow-through
Bonus Points If You:
Go High Level CRM experience (or ability to learn fast!)
Experience in tax and payroll
Experience in Canva for Marketing materials
