JOB OVERVIEW

Marketing Administrator

A job board based in Malta (European Union) is hiring a full-time remote Marketing Administrator.

We’re a small, fast-growing team helping people find jobs – not so different from OnlineJobs.ph! We already have one amazing Filipino tea ---------- mber and are now looking for a second!

What You’ll Do:
- Create Designs
- Manage marketing efforts
- social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Design simple, eye-catching posts using Canva or other tools
- Run email campaigns (BREVO)
- Track results
- Support small clients and help post jobs when needed

You will also help with operations when not working on marketing. This can include reaching out to clients via email, doing administration duties, and providing support for staff on leave.

What We’re Looking For
Strong English (written & spoken)

Good eye for design and content

Experience with Design, Canva, Meta, and email marketing tools

Reliable, organised, and proactive

FAST and Stable internet connection and good communication

Willingness to grow and take ownership of your role
