Podcast Manager (Remote – Philippines)

Full-Time – $1,100 USD/month
40 hours/week | Long-term | Opportunity for pay increase after 90 days

About the Role

We’re hiring a Podcast Manager to help us rapidly grow our clients podcasts. This is a remote, full-time role based in the Philippines. You’ll be in charge of booking guests, managing content, and running all social media channels for the show.

We’re looking for someone who’s organized, proactive, creative, and excited to be a key part of a podcast that’s about to take off.

Responsibilities

Guest Booking + Scheduling
• Research potential guests (Founders, CEOs, etc.)
• Send outbound messages to invite guests (via email, LinkedIn, or Instagram)
• Manage the scheduling calendar and coordinate guest bookings

Clip Curation + Team Management
• Watch full podcast episodes to identify the most engaging clips (15–90 seconds)
• Write clear clip notes and send to our editing team
• Review final edits for quality and request revisions if needed

Social Media Management
• Own and grow all Founder Talk social accounts (YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram)
• Write short, compelling captions that match our brand voice
• Schedule and post content 5–6 days/week across platforms
• Track performance and flag best-performing content

Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
• Familiarity with podcast formats, short-form content, and YouTube
• Able to identify what makes a video hooky and engaging
• Comfortable using tools like Google Calendar, Trello, Notion, etc.
• Bonus if you’ve worked with content creators or podcast teams before
