We are looking for a Remote IT Technician based in the Philippines to help support a U.S.-based IT and computer repair business.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues remotely, working with small business clients, freelancers, big businesses, gamers, and residential customers who need help with their devices, printers,
This is a part-time, as-needed position that may turn into more hours depending on your performance and consistency. If you're fluent in English, know how to fix computers, troubleshoot network issues, understand IAM, VLAN segmentation, PFsense/Opnsense, and can explain solutions clearly and patiently — we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities include resolving Windows 10/11 system issues like blue screens and performance problems, fixing Outlook and Office 365 send/receive or sync errors, resolving printer disconnections and installing drivers, helping clients remotely using AnyDesk or TeamViewer, troubleshooting basic Wi-Fi and internet issues, and optionally helping with GoDaddy or WordPress-related access problems. You will also be expected to communicate clearly with both our internal team and clients in fluent English and write short service notes after each completed task.
You should already have experience with Windows system troubleshooting, be familiar with Outlook and Gmail configurations (including IMAP/SMTP settings), and be comfortable handling printer problems, networking, and using remote desktop tools. It’s also a big plus if you know how to read event logs, understand device manager and task manager, or if you’ve worked with VPNs, RDP, or browser/network diagnostics.
You must speak and write fluent English, be professional and patient when working with non-technical users, have a stable internet connection and quiet work area, and be available during U.S. business hours. You also need to be okay with part-time, flexible hours as of right now. We will be interviewing for the perfect candidate and might hire you temporarily to see if you are a fit and see how you perform.

Starting pay is $3 per hour and can be $10/hr++ depending on experience. But, the first 6 weeks will be at $3 per hour and we will be measuring your performance. If you exceed our expectations before this time period we will increase your pay immediately.
