Position Overview
We are seeking a Web Development and Content Manager to lead our digital presence through technical web development and strategic content management. This hybrid role combines WordPress development expertise with social media and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development (60%)

Develop and maintain WordPress websites with custom themes and plugins
Utilize Elementor page builder for creating responsive, visually appealing layouts
Optimize websites for SEO and ensure mobile responsiveness
Perform regular website updates, security patches, and performance optimization
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing maintenance
Ensure website accessibility compliance and integrate third-party tools

Content Management (40%)

Develop and execute content strategies aligned with organizational goals
Create, edit, and publish engaging content across digital platforms
Manage ---------- pany page and create professional networking content
Design and create social media posts, graphics, and visual content
Develop social media content calendars and posting schedules
Analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills

Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
3+ years of experience in web development and content management
Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and child themes
Advanced knowledge of Elementor page builder
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for WordPress customization
Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and web hosting
Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools

Content & Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong editorial and proofreading abilities
Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing and professional networking strategies
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar)
Strong graphic design skills for creating engaging social media visuals
Understanding of social media platforms and content optimization

General Qualifications

Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
Adaptability to new technologies and digital trends

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with WordPress plugins (WooCommerce, Yoast SEO, etc.)
Knowledge of Elementor Pro features and third-party add-ons
Understanding of WordPress security best practices
Experience with other page builders and marketing automation tools
Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms

Working Conditions

Full-time position with hybrid work options
Occasional evening or weekend work for website launches or urgent updates
Regular collaboration with remote tea ---------- mbers and stakeholders

Website performance improvements (loading speed, user engagement, conversion rates)
Content engagement metrics (page views, time on page, social shares)
SEO performance and search ranking improvements
