Hiring: Marketing Manager – Content Creation, Paid Ads & Growth (Tiki Bar & Nightlife Lifestyle Brand – U.S. Client)
Work from Home | Part-Time | Long-Term Opportunity
We’re looking for a high-performance Marketing Manager with a background in digital marketing and experience working for a marketing agency—ideally someone who has worked with U.S. brands in fast-paced environments.
You’ll implement the social media and digital marketing strategy for a Tiki Bar and nightlife lifestyle brand based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our business moves quickly—we host events, parties, promotions, and brand activations every week—and we need someone who can keep up and elevate everything we’re doing online.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Content Creation with a focus on short video (reels, tiki toks, etc.)
- Savvy copyrighting and producing content optimized for algorithms.
- Scheduling and posting social media posts.
- Creating flyers, digital posters, and promotional graphics
- Setting up, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads + Google Ads)
- Tracking and reporting on key metrics: growth, engagement, and conversion
- Collaborating directly with the U.S.-based owners for strategy and alignment
Requirements:
- Proven experience working at a digital marketing agency
- Strong background in digital marketing and content creation
- Experience managing social media for U.S. clients or brands
- Ability to create compelling Reels and short-form videos efficiently
- Skilled in Canva (or Adobe), CapCut/InShot, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
- Excellent written English and attention to brand tone
- Strong organizational skills with fast execution
- Available for partial overlap with U.S. hours (Charlotte, NC time zone)
Compensation:
Base Pay: 20,000–30,000/month depending on experience and capability
Performance Bonuses (Uncapped):
- 2,000 for every 1,000 new local followers per platform
- 2% of revenue from any event bookings directly sourced from social media
- 1,000-5,000 per post that receives more organic views than our follower count on instagram (tiered)
