Role Overview
Edge ProPath is building a multi-industry, multi-state training, compliance, and license-tracking platform focused on regulated industries. We are seeking a Head of Growth & Strategic Partnerships to architect and execute the company’s growth strategy.
This role blends business development, market expansion, government contracting, partnerships, and revenue strategy. The ideal candidate understands how to grow a platform by combining sales, compliance knowledge, partnerships, and funded opportunities (grants, RFPs, workforce programs).
This is a hands-on growth leadership role, not a passive advisory position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Market Expansion
Define and execute go-to-market strategy by industry and state
Identify high-ROI industries and compliance verticals
Prioritize CE, safety, and SOP offerings based on market demand
Build repeatable growth systems, not one-off wins
2. Sales & Revenue Development
Design outbound and inbound sales strategies
Improve conversion from lead ? demo ? customer
Define pricing strategy for:
Per-license
Per-seat
Enterprise clients
Assist in closing strategic accounts
3. Government Contracts, RFPs & Grants
Identify and pursue:
LMS contracts
Safety training bids
Workforce development programs
Develop a government-ready positioning for Edge ProPath
Assist with bid strategy, compliance mapping, and submissions
Leverage grants (OSHA, WIOA, state programs) as a sales accelerator
4. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
Build instructor partnerships for CE expansion by state
Develop revenue-share models for instructors and partners
Identify trade associations, licensing bodies, and training partners
Expand Edge ProPath’s catalog through strategic alliances
5. Product-Market Fit & Positioning
Align product features with real compliance pain points
Shape messaging around:
Risk reduction
Compliance automation
Audit readiness
Provide feedback to leadership on feature priorities based on market signals
