Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital File Organization Specialist to manage and organize our digital assets across Google Drive and other cloud provider services. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and expertise in creating intuitive file structures to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and categorize digital files on Google Drive and other cloud platforms.
- Develop and implement an intuitive, consistent naming convention for all files and folders.
- Ensure all files are stored in a centralized, secure, and easily accessible location.
- Maintain a detailed log of files, including metadata and access permissions.
- Audit existing file structures and recommend improvements for efficiency and clarity.
- Collaborate with tea
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and organizing digital files on cloud platforms (Google Drive experience required; familiarity with Dropbox, OneDrive, or similar platforms a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and maintain clear, intuitive naming conventions and folder structures.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with tea
- Familiarity with file permission settings and basic cloud security practices.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) for logging and documentation.
- Prior experience in digital asset management or a similar role is preferred.
Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
