JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Happy Mushrooms — a fast-growing wellness brand based in the U.S. We sell grow kits that help people feel better, reduce anxiety, and live happier lives. We’re looking for a smart, creative, and reliable full-time assistant who’s excited to grow with us long-term.

What You'll Do
This is a hybrid role — part customer support, part creative work. Don’t worry if you haven’t done everything before — we’ll train you!

- Customer Support
Reply to customer emails and messages with warmth and clarity

Help moderate and reply to posts in our upcoming FB group

Troubleshoot common issues with our grow kits (we’ll provide full training)

Track orders and assist with follow-ups

- Creative & Marketing Tasks
Create and edit short videos using AI tools (CapCut, Canva, Veo, Runway — we’ll teach you AI tools)

Create graphic images for Ads, repurpose testimonials into image quotes and short video clips

Upload content to our member portal

Help organize social content and marketing assets

- General Admin
Organize files and SOPs

Track simple reports (refunds, repeat customers, etc.)

Help improve internal docs and FAQs

- What We’re Looking For
Excellent written English (friendly and typo-free)

Strong attention to detail and organization

Experience with design work in Canva or basic video editing in tools like CapCut.

Positive attitude and eager to grow

Bonus: Interest in wellness, psychology, psychedelics, or natural health
