What You'll Actually Do (And Why It's Not Just Another "Follow the SOP" Job)
You'll take ownership of our complete client onboarding process - from setting up their technical infrastructure in GoHighLevel to launching their
Your day-to-day will include:
- Executing our proven client onboarding SOP while identifying opportunities to make it even better
- Setting up complete GoHighLevel infrastructures for new clients, including API integrations and webhook configurations
- Building and launching targeted
- Sourcing and scraping prospect data in Clay to match exact client criteria
- Collaborating with our team to continuously improve processes as we grow
This is a systems-driven role, not busy work - we'll give you the training, tools, and autonomy to excel. You'll have direct access to
Growth Path: Start as Operations Specialist ? Operations Manager ? Operations Director (leading a team of specialists). With our rapid growth trajectory of adding 1+ new clients weekly, advancement opportunities will come quickly for the right person.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have:
- Experience with CRM systems and
- Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks
- Strong process-oriented mindset
- Excellent English communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with GoHighLevel, SmartLead, or Clay
- Familiarity with
- Previous experience in lead generation or digital marketing
