Larkin Media’s local newsletters are racing past 10 K subscribers in multiple cities. To break through the next ceiling we need a Meta-ads pro who can keep CPA at ¢20 – ¢40 USD, spin up fresh creatives before fatigue hits, and turn TJ’s big-picture growth ideas into measurable wins.
What you’ll handle
Own every Meta campaign—strategy, build, daily optimization for 10 + newsletters.
Design new creatives (static & 15-sec video) including a “Did you know…?” series and an all-placement text-light template.
Rotate assets proactively whenever Meta flags “Creative Limited”; tweak targeting before costs climb.
Report results fast—track CPA, CTR, subs-per-day and propose the next test.

Live inside Ads Manager, speak fluent spreadsheets, and can keep three creative tests running even when the founders are asleep.
Must-haves
2 + yrs hands-on Meta ads
Portfolio of high-performing creatives (static & video).
Daily optimization mindset—no “set it and forget it.”
Crisp written English for ad copy and status reports.
Stable internet + backup and full CST overlap.
Nice-haves
